The hotel offers a great location with easy access to Cairns CBD and public transport, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious but in need of some renovations, especially the beds, which felt tired. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall experience. However, the hotel is quite dated compared to some of the nearby five-star options, and that might make a difference if you're used to more luxurious stays.
